The units are spacious, and offer wonderful views of the pond, woodlands, private pool and tennis court facilities. Pool: Our private pool is large, and receives plenty of Sun. A shaded area is also available for those who choose so, and a gated play area is available. Substantial refurbishing has just been completed. Tennis Court: Our Hard-Tru court is kept in excellent condition, and receives limited use. There is rarely a wait to play. Grounds: Spring Pond has beautifully maintained grounds which include an elevated Bridge over the Pond, which affords a leisurely stroll, and beautiful view.
